Following every small distraction & deviation takes us towards a new destination. It might be fun for a moment, but the pain of the eventual consequences always outweighs the gain. Putting up guardrails to keep us moving in the right direction produces things like satisfaction & contentment. Those things are way more fun in the long-run!
